Cape Women in Business and Cape & Plymouth Business Marketing Unite to Empower Women

ree

Cape Cod is home to a powerful network of talented, determined, and visionary women, and this fall that collective energy came together in an extraordinary way. Cape Women in Business partnered with Cape & Plymouth Business Marketing to bring the Beyond the Gaze: Jule Campbell Swimsuit Issue documentary screening to the Enterprising Women event, creating a shared space dedicated to inspiration, connection, and the celebration of women’s achievements.

Cape Women in Business was proud to host a vendor table at the event, raising awareness about the organization while offering a welcoming place for attendees to connect, collaborate, and support one another. It was a valuable opportunity to meet women from many industries, share resources, and build relationships that help strengthen the broader Cape business community.

This collaboration is more than hosting an event; it was about building momentum. By combining the community-focused mission of Cape Women in Business with the storytelling and regional reach of Cape & Plymouth Business Marketing, the partnership helped elevate the voices of women entrepreneurs, leaders, and innovators across the Cape and South Shore.

Now in its 15th year, the Enterprising Women event continues to highlight the real stories of women who have faced challenges and redefined what success means. The afternoon created an atmosphere of bravery, resilience, and possibility, and it offered a vibrant environment where women could connect, collaborate, and lift one another up. Attendees from all backgrounds, including small-business owners, executives, artists, and educators, came together with a shared goal of strengthening the community of women in business on Cape Cod and beyond.

Those who stayed for the documentary screening experienced more than just a film. Many saw aspects of their own journeys reflected on the screen, which opened the door to meaningful conversations about balancing business and life, overcoming setbacks, and building strong support systems that encourage both personal and professional growth.

This event reminds us that when women come together across industries, backgrounds, and experiences, meaningful and transformative things can happen. The partnership between Cape Women in Business and Cape & Plymouth Business Marketing shows how shared goals and aligned missions can create lasting change and open new pathways to success.

As this collaboration continues to grow, so does the movement it inspires. Together we are creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered, and that is truly something worth celebrating.

Here’s to the women who lead, who uplift, and who inspire, and to the organizations that support them every step of the way.
