Kim Marchand and Beverley Roberts are the co-founders of Cape Women in Business, united by a shared vision rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion. They recognized the need for a welcoming space where women from all backgrounds, industries, and stages of leadership could connect, be seen, and be supported.

Guided by these core values, Kim and Beverley created Cape Women in Business to foster authentic relationships, amplify diverse voices, and remove barriers to opportunity. Their commitment to inclusion and community-building remains the foundation of the organization and continues to shape its mission, programming, and impact today.

Thank you Kim and Beverley for your strength and commitment to the women on Cape Cod! ❤️
