Director
Development Committee Chair
Corey Blake
Dr. Corey Blake is the founder of FERA and a feminine leadership coach specializing in stress and burnout for high-performing women. She guides women out of survival mode and into embodied leadership - where ambition and pleasure coexist, and success no longer comes at the cost of the body. Her work reminds women they are not here just to push harder, but to lead, feel, and belong again.

FERA is a feminine leadership movement - a remembering and a rebellion - for high-performing women navigating stress, burnout, and the cost of constant output. We are the Sassy Self Care Society: a space where driven women reconnect to their wild feminine essence, awaken the fire within, and rise without apology.
Through workshops, retreats, and rituals, FERA supports women leaders in reclaiming their energy, restoring nervous system capacity, and leading from embodiment rather than depletion. Every gathering is infused with sensual ritual, earth-rooted self-expression, and sisterhood designed to rewire how women experience leadership, success, and self-care.
Our mission is simple and radical: to redefine the feminine experience of leadership - balancing ambition with attunement, structure with softness, and business strategy with the wisdom of the body.

Board Director
Finance Committee Chair
Paula Lyons-Barry
Paula brings a well‑rounded background in both business and nonprofit leadership, along with a passion for helping women and small businesses. Before entering her current role, Paula started her own small business and supported several small businesses with their bookkeeping and financial organization. Currently, Paula is a licensed public adjuster at Petrocelli Public Adjusters, where she works closely with homeowners to ensure they receive what they are entitled to after a loss. More than a decade ago, she found her way into public adjusting and quickly realized it was where she could make the biggest impact, advocating for policyholders. In Massachusetts, where women make up only a small portion of licensed public adjusters, Paula has built her career in a traditionally male‑dominated field. She sees this as an opportunity to educate, advocate, and build meaningful connections, particularly among professional women.
