About the Event
Join us for a guided birdwatching experience at Dowse's Beach in Osterville (new location) on Friday, September 11 leaving sharply at 7:40.
Led by professional birdwatcher Sharon MacDonald, this early morning gathering offers a unique opportunity to explore local birdlife in one of Cape Cod’s beautiful natural settings. Participants will walk the beach while learning to identify various bird species and gaining insight into their habitats and behaviors.
Whether you are an experienced birder or want to take in the salty air, this event provides a peaceful and engaging way to connect with nature and start the day.
In recognition of the anniversary of 9/11, we will be collecting treats and snacks to deliver to local first responders as a small gesture of appreciation for the first responders who serve our communities every day. If you're able, we invite you to bring an item to contribute.
